Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing and optimising daily operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance
• Leading technical sales strategy, managing quotes, tenders, and client proposals
• Generating and converting new business leads through research and outreach
• Visiting client sites to assess needs and present customised solutions
• Building long-term client relationships with a consultative, solutions-first approach
• Managing delivery timelines, coordinating teams, and driving project success
• Maintaining strong safety and regulatory standards across the board
• Continuously identifying areas for process improvement and innovation
What we’re looking for
• Proven leadership in packaging, manufacturing, or engineering environments
• Strong track record in technical sales or commercial project management
• Experience preparing accurate quotes and researching client needs
• Confident in lead generation and nurturing a pipeline of commercial opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on approach with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Industry knowledge of Packaging Aerospace, Automotive, or Energy (preferable)
• Willingness to travel to client sites when needed
