Hours of Work: full time

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, liaising with suppliers, and providing exceptional service. Your role will involve developing strong customer relationships, processing quotations and sales orders accurately, and supporting the sales team with valuable market feedback. Your excellent organisational and communication skills will ensure our clients always receive the highest level of support.

Internal Sales Executive Requirements:

  • Proactive and customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in an internal sales or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Accurate data entry and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of engineering products or technical solutions is advantageous.
