Transaction Manager

Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Gloucester, is seeking an experienced and professional Transaction Manager to join their dynamic team.

Duties:

• Oversee the sale of vehicles, ensuring the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products aligns with FCA guidelines
• Provide guidance and training to the sales team on finance and insurance processes
• Assist in closing vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part-exchanges
• Complete regular reporting on finance and insurance sales performance
• Ensure compliance throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain outstanding customer relationships
• Support the sales team in achieving set targets and enhancing their product knowledge
• Assist in developing new initiatives to boost sales efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Transaction Manager or in a similar level role within a franchise-approved car dealership
• Strong knowledge of finance, insurance, warranties, and relevant automotive products
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and upskill team members
• Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester
• A full UK driving license with minimal points
• Results-driven with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
• Previous experience with FCA compliance is highly desirable
