Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Field Sales Executive (or similar title) to join our team. This role is based in Tewkesbury with the flexibility to work remotely and be customer facing at least 3 days per week. The individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new market opportunities, managing their sales pipelines, and collaborating with partners and resellers. The role also involves providing support to customers, preparing sales reports, and contributing to strategic business development plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or account management, with strong skills in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Proven ability in partnership development, relationship management, and collaborating with VARs and partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Technical knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about temperature and humidity monitoring, alarms, and data logging products.
- Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, ideally Hubspot.
- Experience and track record in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Hours
Full Time. 8:45 to 17:15 Monday to Thursday 8:45 to 15:45 Friday.
