Hours: 15 hours per week across Weds-Fri. Some evening and weekend work required during festivals.

The Role

Working closely with the Marketing team, the postholder will produce engaging and visually striking, print and digital content that aligns with Cheltenham Festivals’ brand identity and connects with diverse audiences. The postholder will be able to take an initial creative idea, concept or template and rollout the relevant assets to deadline.

Detailed Job Description

  • To provide design support across Cheltenham Festivals:
  • To deliver engaging design collateral including (but not limited to) brochures, leaflets,Festival signage, point of sale materials, presentations, press and digital assets.
  • Work within brand guidelines, using existing templates and adhering to industry design and accessibility standards.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all design work aligns with guidelines
  • Be a strong team player, working closely with the Design Lead and Marketing & Design Executive to plan and collaborate on creative projects.
  • Manage multiple projects, keeping to tight deadlines while keeping the marketing team informed of progress.
  • To work closely with the Design Lead to ensure accurate executions of initial concepts
  • Actively engage with the charity’s mission and vision

a.
