Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

We’re looking for a freelance Editor/Motion Designer who brings energy, insight, and care to every project — and who’s ready to jump in and make an immediate impact.

The Role

• This is not a plug-and-play gig — we want someone who brings creative instincts, technical precision, and an eye for quality. You’ll support us across:
• Editing — Crafting punchy, well-paced stories with great music and flow, tailored to different clients and styles
• Motion Graphics (After Effects) — Clean, contemporary transitions, lower thirds, explainer sequences
• Camera Ops — Ideally confident as a self-shooter on interviews and basic setups, and able to get stuck in with full crews on larger shoots
• Collaborating directly with our in-house creatives on projects with tight turnarounds and high expectations

✨ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience across editing, motion, and production
• A strong portfolio that shows not just polish, but purpose — your work tells stories, not just shows visuals
• Proficiency in After Effects (bonus for full Adobe Creative Suite)
• Comfort under pressure: tight deadline? Ambiguous brief? You’re calm and focused
• Collaboration skills — we’re a tight unit, and we value honest, ego-free creative back-and-forth
• Organised, curious, and ready to adapt to different clients and tones
• Full UK driving licence

Bonus Points

• Experience in agency settings or client-facing work
• 3D animation experience (Blender, C4D, or similar)
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve for colour and finishing
