E-ACT is a National and System Leader Trust, one of the most established Trusts in the country and serving some of the most disadvantaged communities. This role is across two of E-ACT’s academies in Bristol and combines the strategic leadership of E-ACT’s Merchants Academy in Withywood (2-16) and E-ACT Montpelier School (11-18) to the north of the city.
You will play a central role in shaping provision so that we provide the best possible education for every pupil and our young people to thrive and achieve. You will not be working alone. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with Executive Leaders and a high functioning support team, drawing on expertise that exist across our MAT. Collaboration and sharing expertise are keys to bringing our aims and values to life
