(Level 3) Early Years Educator to be a Room Lead for our Acorns

Hours: Monday to Friday - (40) hours per week. (8am -4pm) Term time only, 39 weeks per year including 5 INSET days.
We are looking for a fun and motivated Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join our wonderful team.

Our nursery has the children at the centre of everything we do.
As a Room Lead for our Acorns (age 18 months – 3 years), you will be responsible for:
- creating and delivering a high quality curriculum and inspiring and leading team Acorns
- ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of the children in your care
- working alongside a team of fun educators to create an engaging environment enabling children to reach their full potential
- planning, providing and supporting age-appropriate play opportunities in line with the curriculum and individual needs of the children in your care
- play the role of any character a child requests
- read a book upside down
- sing slightly out of tune to nursery rhymes
- count several moving children
- stay composed around bodily fluids or when presented with creepy crawlies
- have fun and be creative!

Previous experience with children aged 0-5 years, a DBS on the update service and a current paediatric first aid is preferred.
A level 3 qualification relating to early years childcare is essential.
