Vice Principal – Curriculum

Role Information:

Location: Stroud Campus with travel required between Gloucestershire campuses

FTE Salary: circa £80,000 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Team: College Leadership Team
Reports To: Deputy Principal- Education

SGS College is seeking an exceptional Vice Principal to lead the shaping of an
ambitious, future-focused and inclusive curriculum that will ensure our students are
ready for the world of work, further study and life. Our new strategy sets a clear
ambition for the College and this role will lead the delivery of our Readiness outcome
– one of our four key strategic priorities.

We are looking for a leader who can drive innovation across our curriculum, working
closely with employers and communities to ensure that the learning we deliver sets
our students up to succeed, with a real focus on delivering skills that go beyond
technical qualifications.

We are looking for someone with significant senior experience in an FE College or
post-16 education setting with a proven track record of building transformative
curriculum. Most importantly, they will have a desire to make a different to the 10,000
students and wide communities that we serve and the ability to work closely and
collaboratively across a large organisation in service of better outcomes for all.
