Medical Receptionist required for 20hrs a week

We are looking to recruit a Medical Receptionist to join our small team, for our busy Doctors Surgery
situated in St Pauls Medical Centre.
Previous customer service experience both in person and on the telephone is required. Computer
knowledge and a flexible attitude for learning new skills are essential.
You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills with a friendly and professional
manner.
This role primarily consists of dealing with patients over the telephone and some front desk duties as
and when required, it is in a busy and sometimes stressful environment, but you will be part of a
very supportive team.
There is a requirement to be able to cover holidays and sickness during term time and school
holidays.
Salary: £12.21 per Hour plus inclusion in the HS Pension Scheme and access to our Employee
Assistance Scheme.
