Job: Registered Care Manager

Location; Forest of Dean, Cinderford

About the role You will manage the daily operations of a busy domiciliary care service for older adults. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the branch is compliant at all times, by working closely with the Head of Operations to develop high-quality, person-centred care services.

What you will be doing

· You will hold CQC registration and be responsible for the day-to-day running of a fast-paced domiciliary branch

· Manage & lead by example and develop a team to deliver the service to its highest standard

· You will maintain relationships with commissioners and stakeholders

· Actively participate in the growth and development of the business

· Play a lead role in the development of good community care practices and procedures

· Meet all Regulatory Requirements

· Work with the recruitment team to recruit staff

· Effectively supervise, support, and retain staff team members

· Maintain effective Care Plan assessment and review procedures

· Write reports and maintain all audit, reporting and monitoring systems

What we need from you

· Have a driving license and access to a vehicle

· Have a Level 5 or working towards your Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or if you are currently working towards it.

· Management/supervisory experience within a Domiciliary/Homecare setting

· Experience in Quality Assurance and Service Improvement

· Knowledge of CQC regulations.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
