The South Cotswold Frailty Service is a small team of healthcare professionals who work within the 5 GP practices in the South Cotswolds supporting people living with frailty.

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and forward-thinking individual with demonstrable management and financial experience to work alongside the Senior Community Matron.

The post holder willwork as an integral part of the Frailty team, providing collaborative and timely administration, financial, HR, IT and Information Governance Support.

Although not essential, this post would suit a candidate with a healthcare management background.

This is a permanent role.
