We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy People Partner to join our People Services team and play a key role in shaping a positive working environment across the Trust.
Main duties of the job
About the role
As a Deputy People Partner, you will work in partnership with leaders across clinical and corporate services to deliver a high-quality, professional HR service. You will provide expert advice on a wide range of workforce matters while supporting the delivery of our People Strategy.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will:
Manage complex employee relations cases with confidence and professionalism
Support organisational change, restructures and service redesign
Use workforce data to identify trends and improve decision-making
Coach and influence managers to build strong people management capability
Contribute to initiatives that enhance staff experience, engagement and wellbeing
You'll also have the opportunity to lead projects, develop HR policies and deputise for the People Partner, giving you real scope to grow and progress your career.
