Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to be part of our dynamic Partnership Team in the Improvement and Partnership Directorate in the role of Involvement Administrator within the Partnership team.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, passionate about partnership, participation and social inclusion to join our team, to proactively manage/coordinate an efficient and effective administration service in accordance with the requirements of the Team as led by the Head of Partnership.
Main duties of the job
Partnership Team role is to improve knowledge of health and care services among people living in Gloucestershire, encourage access to services and to raise awareness of their experiences as service users or carers. We lead on Working Together and co-production agenda to ensure our service users and carers are involved in all areas of decision making; such as recruitment and selection of staff, improvement workstreams and service design.
Working under the direction of the Service Development Manager (Countywide), the post holder will work alongside Locality Inclusion Leads, Service Development Managers, Head of Partnership and the wider Involvement and Partnership Directorate and Clinical / Operational teams. The post holder will have responsibility for coordinating and undertaking the administrative aspects of the Partnership Team, which involves communicating with Experts by Experience, service users, carers, staff, partner organisations, stakeholders, agencies and members of the wider public.

This high-level overview shows we are in a healthy position, with higher scores than average for comparable organisations, alongside a great response rate, indicating good staff engagement. However, we also know we have plenty of room for improvement in many areas. To that end, we continue to prioritise and invest in our commitment to genuinely becoming a Great Place to Work with consistent top-quartile performance in the annual staff survey and Pulse surveys.
