Part Time Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming orthodontic practice.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming patients
- Managing appointments and diaries
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Processing payments and maintaining patient records
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks
About You
- Friendly, professional, and approachable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
Experience
- Previous dental reception experience is desirable
- Experience within dentistry or orthodontics would be advantageous, but not essential for the right candidate
- Full training will be provided
