We are looking for staff to be flexible in working patterns. We also require staff to cover holiday periods and sickness cover. You will also need to attend a practice training meeting every third Wednesday of each month 1-4pm.
You should have excellent communication skills, a confident, polite telephone manner, experience of working with the general public and or hold a qualification or relevant experience in Customer Service.
You will be processing prescriptions, dealing with email, website and telephone queries. Liaising with all members of the pharmacy team.
