Job summary
This role will support the delivery and development of Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) functions across the Trust. It will focus on the resilience, response and preparedness of the Trust staff and GMS to ensure the constant delivery of safe working environments and ensure that the delivery of patient care it at the forefront of everything we do.

Main duties of the job
- To ensure that the ethos of EPRR is embedded across the Trust and is considered at all times when changing or developing services.
- Regular attendance at Trust Board sub committees
- Overall responsibility for the effective running of the operational and clinical on call rotas
- Providing support to operations on non-clinical issues and risks affecting multiple teams/directorates e.g. transport failures
- Oversee the assurance process for operational continuity on planned ICT Developments as affected by EPRR
- Be the Trust lead for the strategic developments of the ICS business continuity strategy
