Job Title: Registered Nurse RGN
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: £24 - £28per hour

We're seeking compassionate Nurses in Gloucestershire to provide support & care to clients individuals with diverse mental health needs, predominantly in nursing homes, supported living environment, although some community based work may be required. A driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform personalised mental and physical health care plans
- Develop and implement tailored support strategies based on individual needs and goals
- Manage medication routines, monitor side effects, and ensure compliance with treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions to promote mental wellbeing
- Provide crisis support using de-escalation techniques to maintain safety and stability
- Monitor mental and physical health indicators, reporting changes and collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care as needed
Requirements
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A valid RGN, RMN or RNLD registration and current NMC Pin (minimum 6 months registered)
- Demonstrable experience working with a variety of mental health issues and settings
- Compassionate, empathetic, and reliable
- Able to attend induction training (Cheltenham, Salisbury, or Chippenham)
- Right to work in the UK (we do not provide visa sponsorship)
