Job summary
This role is offered on a 18 month fixed term/secondment basis. The hours are part-time, 30 hours per week.

We are currently developing our services with exciting plans for the future, including the introduction of new ophthalmology and vascular clinics, expanding the range of care we provide to our community.
Main duties of the job
Working within our outpatient department offers a varied and engaging role. Our team is actively involved in many aspects of patient care and service delivery, including:
- Phlebotomy and blood sample collection
- Pathology requesting and clinical documentation
- Ordering and managing clinical stores
- Supporting clinics across a diverse patient population, including paediatric, adult and geriatric patients
- Participation in clinical governance and quality improvement initiative
