PIP Assessment Service
- £40,000 - £42,000 salary
- £1,000 retention bonus after 6 months (subject to performance)
- £1,000 retention bonus after 12 months (subject to performance)
- £42,000 - £43,000 salary
- £1,000 retention bonus after 12 months (subject to performance)
- ONE OFF 5% quality bonus following successful completion of training
- Additional £2000 when you begin face to face assessments - Usually within the first 6 months.
- Quarterly bonus scheme after 12 months, with the opportunity to earn up to 2.5% bonus per quarter.

- Conduct functional health assessments for individuals claiming DWP benefits
- Review medical evidence and supporting documentation
- Assess how health conditions impact daily living and functional ability
- Produce clear, accurate and evidence-based reports
- Apply clinical judgement in line with quality and regulatory standards
- Current NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
- Minimum 1 year post-registration experience
- Adult clinical experience
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Good IT skills
- Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- Occupational Therapists
