Interim Head of Nursing & Clinical Quality

Keystone are supporting a compassionate organisation who are now looking to appoint an Interim Head of Nursing & Clinical Quality to spearhead the development and implementation of clinical governance strategies that enhance care standards across the organisation.

As a valued member of the team, you will lead pivotal initiatives that drive clinical excellence and ensure regulatory compliance, contributing to a culture focused on continuous improvement. We are looking for a Registered Nurse for this exciting opportunity.

You will work across a number of sites and your input and leadership will be crucial in guiding teams to achieve quality improvements and uphold compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately impacting resident care and organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage clinical governance activities to ensure high-quality care standards.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives across the services.
• Oversee team management and development to foster a collaborative work environment.

Key Requirements:

• Registered Nurse or in-depth understanding of clinical quality and governance.
• Proven experience in leadership roles within healthcare settings.
• Strong background in clinical governance and quality improvement.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in a similar interim role.
• Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and standards
