St Rose's provision is from 2 to 25 years; a nursery, a non-maintained special school for students from 5 to 19 and St Martin’s an independent specialist college for students from 19 to 25. Our students have physical and sensory disabilities, learning and communication difficulties and complex health needs.
Due to forthcoming Maternity Leave for a member of our nursing team, we are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic registered nurse, experienced in the care of children and young people with learning difficulties and complex health needs to join our successful and friendly team, to ensure we continue to provide a high-quality service that supports the rights of the young people in our care.
St Rose’s is an inspiring, stimulating and rewarding place to work, where new challenges abound. We have a strong commitment to support staff in continuing their professional development, and we offer many ways to achieve this. Our staff enjoy a strong sense of community and professional support, as well as a lively and cheerful environment to work in. In addition, there are many other benefits for staff, including a central Stroud location with easy access to buses and trains; on-site parking, attractive grounds, low-cost lunches and subsidised nursery places. We are also offering a joining reward of £100 after the successful completion of 6 months’ probation and a further £100 after the first year of employment.
