Are you a psychiatry trainee passionate about teaching and ready to step into a leadership role? Join us as a Senior Clinical Teaching Fellow, where you'll shape education across AWP and help lead our growing, innovative faculty.

Main duties of the job

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months commencing on 5th August 2026 until 3rd August 2027 (subject to employment clearances).

What you'll do

  • Lead and deliver high-quality teaching for undergraduates and postgraduates
  • Support the DME with Trust-wide educational strategy and key projects
  • Develop and quality-assure teaching programmes (seminars, tutorials, simulation, workshops, CBL, digital materials)
  • Contribute to faculty development and strengthen educational activity across the Trust
  • Optional protected clinical session to maintain and develop clinical skills
  • No on-call commitment
