We’re looking for an outreach practitioner for our Gloucestershire Service
As an outreach practitioner you will deliver excellent drug and alcohol street-based interventions to individuals who are rough sleeping, or at risk of homelessness and those in supported accommodation, to facilitate positive outcomes. You will manage a small complex case load and coordinate and deliver assessments and evidence-based interventions (brief and structured), recovery planning and aftercare planning and you will provide high quality, person centred, low threshold services, responding to the individual and diverse needs and preferences of those who use our services and their significant others.

We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
