Patient Advisor (formerly called Receptionists)

We are seeking 2 Patient Advisors to join our GP practice, based in Abbeydale, Gloucester.

As a Patient Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service, support and information in a calm, caring and professional way.

The role includes:

• Welcoming and assisting patients face to face, on the phone and online
• Managing appointments and patient enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records and managing information correctly
• Supporting the clinical team to ensure our surgery runs smoothly
• Making a positive difference to patients and our community

We are open from 8am- 8pm, Monday-Friday and have flexible shifts to suit most candidates.
