Assist patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.

Help patients with mobility and transferring, such as moving between beds, wheelchairs, or walking with assistance.

Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).

Support patients with nutrition and hydration.

Assist nurses and healthcare professionals during medical procedures and examinations.

Maintain clean and safe patient environments, including bed making and infection control.

Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses or senior staff.

Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.

Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

Accurately document patient information and care activities.
Salary: £12.50 to £16.50 Hourly +
Hours Per Week: Full Time
