Integrated Healthcare Specialist

A global specialty pharmaceutical organisation is building a new hybrid commercial and market access team ahead of an upcoming launch in dermatology/immunology.
Location
This role will cover the South West.
This is a unique opportunity to join at the very start of a launch journey, working within a structure that brings together both Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Integrated Healthcare Specialists (IHS) to drive early engagement, access readiness, and long-term account development.
This IHS role is primarily market access focussed, supporting the preparation of secondary care accounts ahead of launch for a high-cost, specialist medicine.

- Pre-launch engagement with secondary acre stakeholders in dermatology/immunology
- Market access and pathway development across complex NHS environments
- Account readiness for high-cost, specialist therapies
- Identification and development of priority centres and key accounts
- Close collaboration with KAM, Marketing and Medical Affairs teams
- Insight generation to inform launch strategy and optimisation
- Proven experience working with high-cost medicines in secondary care
- Strong market access, account management or hybrid commercial background
- Experience in dermatology and/or immunology
- Understanding of NHS structures, reimbursement and funding pathways
- Ability to operate in complex, pre-launch environments

Salary: £75,000 to £82,000 Annual +
Hours Per Week: Full Time
