Housing Support Officer

What you’ll do
Daily well being checks & quick follow-ups
Provide support plans, telecare tests & light audits
Team up with services to solve problems fast
Welcome new residents and complete inductions.
Work with colleagues and agencies to help residents with issues such as health, behaviour, or tenancy problems.
Keep tidy, GDPR-friendly notes on the housing system
Host the odd coffee morning and jump on urgent issues
Report and follow up on repairs, health & safety checks, or emergencies.
Respond calmly and appropriately in urgent situations.
You’ll bring
Housing/support or community work experience
Safeguarding & H&S awareness (and calm under pressure)
Empathy, great communication, solid judgement when lone-working
HMS/IT confidence
DBS: Basic/Enhanced may be required (we’ll help)

Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm
Temporary (4 weeks with the possibility to extend)
Holds a full clean driving license
