Location: Bristol
Salary: 37,000- 40,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

Our client is a growing supported housing provider seeking an experienced and motivated Housing & Support Manager to lead its Bristol portfolio.

This hands-on role combines housing management, resident support, staff leadership, safeguarding, and operational oversight. You will manage a team of Support Workers, ensure high-quality service delivery, and help strengthen systems and processes as the organisation continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the Bristol portfolio.
  • Manage, support, and develop a team of Support Workers.
  • Monitor performance, conduct supervision meetings, and support staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee resident welfare, risk management, and service quality.
  • Maintain property standards, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
  • Build effective relationships with local authorities, health services, probation, and partner agencies.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping, reporting, and compliance documentation.
  • Identify and implement service improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

About You

  • Experience managing or supervising staff within supported housing, housing, social care, or a related setting.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and professional boundaries.
  • Confident decision-maker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality support services and contributing to organisational growth.

Salary: £40,000 Annual +

Hours Per Week: Full Time
