Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join a friendly and professional team in Cheltenham. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in an HR support position.
You will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR systems management, and general employee administration, ensuring an efficient and positive HR service across the business.
Key responsibilities
Posting job adverts and supporting interview coordination and candidate communication
Maintaining recruitment trackers and accurate candidate records
Supporting pre-employment checks including right to work and DBS
Preparing offer letters and contracts and coordinating onboarding activities
Setting up new starters and processing leavers on the HRIS
Managing offboarding documentation and system updates
Maintaining accurate employee data and supporting HR reporting
Monitoring the HR inbox and responding to employee queries
Escalating sensitive matters appropriately and maintaining confidentiality
About you
Minimum two years’ experience in an HR support or administrative HR role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data
Confident using HR systems and able to pick up new platforms quickly
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Desirable
CIPD Level 3 or working towards
Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and reporting tools
