- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in changing environments
- Experience or exposure to HR recruitment processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities
- Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines
So, what will you be doing?
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, offering timely and commercially focused advice
- Preparing HR documentation to ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Coordinating recruitment activity, including job adverts, interviews and candidate shortlisting
- Managing pre-employment checks such as DBS, credit checks and references
- Overseeing induction and onboarding to ensure a positive joining experience
- Acting as the internal expert for HR systems and escalating system-related queries where required
- Working with finance to ensure payroll and bonus processes are accurate and timely
- Partnering with an outsourced HR provider to support delivery of the people strategy
