Talent Sourcing Specialist / Headhunter

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with 1–2 late shifts, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, on a rota basis)
Role Overview
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist / Headhunter at Datasource, you will play an integral role in supporting
the recruitment team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top-tier candidates for a wide range of roles across IT, Business Consulting, and Engineering sectors.
This is a fast-paced, sales-oriented position where you will contribute directly to the company's mission:

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted searches for candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards
- Carry out headhunting and direct outreach activities to attract high-quality professionals
- Evaluate and sign off candidates based on their skills, experience, and suitability for roles
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM system
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data accuracy standards
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and team members to meet hiring goals
- Proactively support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks related to candidate sourcing
