About the Role
We re looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Manager to lead and deliver effective HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the HR function, drive best practice, and support a growing business.
What You ll Do
- Act as a trusted HR partner, aligning people strategy with business objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and succession planning.
- Oversee employee relations, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Embed a high-performance culture through clear KPIs and appraisal processes.
- Deliver HR dashboards and insights to inform decision-making.
- Support change management and cultural transformation projects.
What We re Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
- Proven HR management experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
