HR Operations Lead

Our well-established manufacturing client in Tewkesbury is on an exciting growth journey are looking for an HR Operations Lead who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, get out on the shop floor, and become a visible, trusted presence across the business.
The ideal candidate will thrive on being in the thick of it. Building strong relationships, supporting teams, and making a real impact.
This isn’t a desk-based HR role. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of operations. You’ll work closely with leaders, champion a positive and high-performing culture, and play a key role in driving engagement and performance across the business.
Responsibilities:
-Partner with management teams to support and develop positive workplace cultures
-Provide tailored HR support across the business with varying needs
-Deliver employee development initiatives and support performance improvement
-Offer day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
-Support HR administration and ensure processes are efficient and compliant
-Contribute to improving productivity and employee engagement
Attributes:
-CIPD Level 5 or working towards
-Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or similar environment
-Strong knowledge of UK employment law
-Confident communicator who can influence and challenge when needed
-Someone proactive, adaptable, and happy to get stuck in
Hours: Monday to Friday (fully office based)
Salary: £37,000 to £42,000 depending on experience + 23 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) + Life Assurance + Company Pension + On-site Parking
