Must Have’s
- Previous experience of making outbound calls
- Confidence in calling potential clients
- Ability to prioritise workload based on sales pipeline and strategic goals
- Resilience and professionalism in handling objections
Nice to Have’s
- Experience in financial services, insurance or contact centre environment

So, what will you be doing?
- Calling leads to qualify opportunities and refer them to the broking team
- Communicating effectively and handling objections
- Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline, organising leads by renewal date
- Working with sales and business development teams to align priorities and goals
- Providing excellent service to internal stakeholders and potential customers
