Description
Gloucestershire Constabulary have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Media Investigator (DMI) to work in the dedicated Management of Sex Offenders and Violent Offenders (MOSOVO) team.
The successful applicant will work in a small team offering investigative and technical support to MOSOVO offender managers. They will attend addresses, seize digital evidence, interpret forensic data, investigate internet-based crimes, interview suspects, prepare files, provide technical advice to offender managers, liaise with internal and external parters, provide training and understanding to the team and partners, and manage the forensics assets.
You will need to manage risk, manage your own diary / caseload, and be well organised and resilient.
This is for anyone who wants to directly contribute to keeping people safe. MOSOVO is a dedicated proactive team, working across the county, managing offenders and carrying out relevant investigations as appropriate.
This a full-time position working 37 hours a week, predominantly office hours but will involve occasional unsociable hours and flexible approach.

The successful candidate for this role will be vetted at level Staff MV. This means the individual will need at least 5 years worth of residency in the UK.
