Technical Sales Support
Location: Swindon, SN3
Job type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 4pm & Friday 8am - 3pm
Salary: Up to £32K
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment business, are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Support candidate to join our clients manufacturing business in Swindon.
Are you someone who enjoys supporting customers, processing orders, and solving technical problems within a manufacturing / engineering environment – this could be a brilliant next step!
What you’ll be doing:

Handling incoming calls and emails, providing friendly and accurate customer support
Processing quotes and sales orders
Reviewing customer requirements and recommending the right solutions
Tracking orders and keeping customers updated
Checking order details to ensure accuracy
Working closely with engineers, designers and distributors
Interpreting engineering drawings (training provided)

What we are looking for:
Experience in manufacturing, engineering or technical administration role
Confident in processing sales orders / quotes
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Comfortable learning technical product knowledge
ERP experience (SAP ideally) is advantageous
Ability to read technical drawings is advantageous
