IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst / Service Desk - Contract - Permanent

We re looking for a technically strong, personable Engineer to join our user-focused IT team, with the main area of expertise being MacOS.

Reporting to the Head of IT, you ll be the first point of contact for IT support, providing high-quality assistance across MacOS, iOS, a small amount of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Meraki wireless, Cisco AnyConnect VPN, cloud technologies and AV systems. You ll also provide support for VIP incidents, requests and changes, so excellent communication and a proactive, customer-focused approach are essential.

We re looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously, with the ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution and explain technical matters clearly to users, as well as the following technical skills:

• MacOS and iOS Support
• Familiar with Service Desk Tools
• Familiar with networking concepts, such as LAN/WAN configuration
• Familiar with AV equipment, including Smart-TV.
• Knowledge of M365 environments

A clean UK driving licence is required, as occasional travel to other sites will be necessary.
