- A passion for IT with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple activities is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Experience in an IT Support Role (Minimum 2-3 Years)
- Experience of PC operating systems and Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Microsoft Dynamics knowledge would be an advantage, although not essential
- On-site and remote support
- Active Directory
- Anti-Virus
- Installation of software to desktops and laptops
- Support for On-Pem and Cloud
- Technical document upgrades
- IT escalations.
- Remote monitoring alerts
- Windows 10 - Office 365 Administration
- Diagnosis of hardware technical issues
