OVERALL PURPOSE Income Generation To assist all departments at DHC in pursuing income generation. Drive revenue and by working to agreed targets, supporting each revenue stream by analysing prices, costs and margins. Support the Coffee Shop, including business analysis, marketing and promotion. Manage the EPOS system, including all reporting, ensuring that the system is fit for purpose & efficient. Identify & implement new commercial opportunities across all revenue streams.
