We are looking for a reliable, punctual and detail-focused Call Centre Operative to join our busy call centre team based in Gloucester. This role involves predominantly handling incoming calls from customers who require assistance, along with follow up outbound calls to arrange engineer attendance, confirm information, or provide updates. This is not a sales role and we do not carry out cold calling. The position requires someone who can communicate clearly on the telephone, type accurately while speaking with callers, and record information correctly.
