Dean Close Foundation is looking to appoint a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to support the delivery of a high-quality food service to pupils and staff. This role is working 35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.

The role involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen, dining room and associated areas, including equipment and utensils.

Key responsibilities include assisting during service, operating the dishwasher, clearing and cleaning dining areas, sanitising food preparation spaces, stock rotation, and supporting waste and recycling procedures.

The successful candidate will follow all Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and safeguarding requirements, undertake relevant training, and build positive, professional relationships within the school community.
