We’re on the lookout for a reliable, hard-working Labourer to join us full-time. Whether
you’re experienced or just eager to learn, if you’ve got the right attitude, we want to hear
from you.
⭐ What You’ll Be Doing:
● Assisting in building and installing garden structures (studios, gyms, sheds, etc.)
● Preparing sites, loading/unloading, delivering materials
● General manual labour and tool handling
● Supporting tradespeople and working as part of a tight-knit team
● Keeping tools and job sites clean, tidy, and safe
● Travelling to sites across Gloucestershire and surrounding areas
⭐ What We’re Looking For:
● Construction or landscaping experience is great – but not essential
● Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
● Punctual, dependable, and a solid team player
● Driving licence preferred – but we’ll consider non-drivers too (as long as you can get
to a meeting point in Gloucester or to site)
⭐ What We Offer:
● Full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm)
● £20,000 – £30,000 salary depending on experience
● 20 days holiday plus public holidays
