Renderer's Labourer / Trainee

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working person to work alongside one of our experienced renderers on construction sites across the region.

The role is practical and physically demanding and would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, keeping busy and being part of a small team. No previous rendering experience is essential, although construction experience would be an advantage.

Typical duties will include:

• Mixing and preparing render materials
• Operating and cleaning render spray machines and associated equipment
• Keeping the renderer supplied with materials
• Masking and protecting windows, doors and surrounding finishes
• Moving materials and equipment around site
• Setting up and cleaning down working areas
• Maintaining a tidy and safe working area

We are looking for someone who is reliable, physically fit, willing to learn and takes pride in doing a job properly. The most important thing is attitude; turning up consistently, working hard and becoming a dependable part of the team.

There is an opportunity for the right person to learn the rendering trade and develop into a skilled renderer, rather than remaining in a labouring role permanently.

A CSCS card and driving licence would be advantageous.
