We design, build and look after gardens across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds — full garden builds, paving, walling, planting, for homeowners and commercial clients. Approved Installer for Jacksons Fencing. Small crew, good kit, and finished jobs you'll be showing people on your phone.
The role: hard and soft landscaping across the lot — paving, walling, fencing, decking, turfing. You can read a plan, run a digger and dumper, and finish work you'd put your name on. Where the role grows — build work, fine gardening, or running your own jobs — follows wherever you're strongest.
What you get:
- £14–£18 an hour, set on experience
- A van to drive with full tool kit
- Monday–Friday, 8–4:30, weekends off
- Regular team outings. Small enough that everyone knows everyone.
Full UK driving licence essential. Outdoor work in all weathers.
