The key purpose of the role is to provide learning and development consultancy to the business, with a focus on designing and delivery of solutions that support a wide range of business needs.
You will have the opportunity to work across the entire Talent and Development offer, supporting our management development programs, our various career academies and our core talent and development offer. This will include working with individuals from senior management and staff across a wide range of professional disciplines, to design and deliver learning interventions.
Key accountabilities:
- Work with the Talent and Development Business Partner and Academy Lead to design and deliver learning and development interventions
- Delivery of learning and development initiatives in relation to the UCAS development portfolio, in line with planned delivery schedule.
- Provide learning and development solutions to complex issues, taking ownership for the design and delivery.

Skills, qualifications, and experience
- Experience of design and delivery of complex business need into learning and development solutions.
- Ability to engage with senior managers and take situations and translate into learning interventions.
- Familiar with coaching and mentoring principles, providing 121 coaching and group engagement sessions.
- Considerable experience of working within in learning environment and business partnering with managers and senior leadership teams
- Confident communicator and influencer, both verbally and written.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Highly proficient/demonstrating advanced capability using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Adept at thinking on your feet, using your initiative, and making decisions.
- Resilient, flexible, and able to work under pressure when required.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to engage and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Committed and reliable – taking personal accountability and acting with integrity.
- Agile – able to adapt to the changing needs of the business and OD function.
- A healthy self-awareness, with a growth mindset and ability to receive and respond to feedback.
- A quick learner, self-motivated with a passion for learning and development.
- Customer-focused.
- Experience with Learning Management System & e-Learning platforms
- Coaching experience and /or qualification would be desirable.

Salary - £32,000 -12 Month Fixed Term Contract
