Join our dedicated Learning Support team at Gloucestershire College as an ECHP Annual Review Lead Practitioner, working within our specialist high-needs provision in Cheltenham. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and facilitate EHCP annual reviews, ensuring all learners receive the support they need to thrive. Acting as the key link between the College and Local Authorities, you'll communicate progress, identify appropriate levels of support using the graduated approach, and ensure all recommendations align with national and local statutory requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with high needs, helping shape their journey towards greater independence and successful adulthood.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about inclusive education, confident in navigating the SEND Code of Practice, and experienced in working with learners with complex needs. You’ll play a critical role in tracking the effectiveness of support strategies, ensuring placements remain suitable and impactful.
