About this Role
As a Learning Support Assistant at Gloucestershire College, you will support learners with additional needs to access their curriculum, build independence and achieve their goals. Working one-to-one or in small groups, you will contribute to inclusive learning and positive progression, while supporting transition activities and working closely with a skilled SEND team.
About You
Experience working with individuals with additional learning needs or disabilities
GCSE Maths and English at grade C / Level 2, or a willingness to complete these
Practical experience of safeguarding within an educational or support setting

Salary: £26,504.17 - £28,088.30 (FTE), £22,873.40 - £24,240.52 Pro Rated. Based on 37 hours per week
