Salary: £27,557.36 - £28,868.44 per annum. (Actual £19,654.33 - £20,589.42 pro rata)
Hours: 32 hours per week, 36 weeks per year
Join the Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) Foundation Studies team at Gloucestershire College as a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (SLD).
In this rewarding role, you’ll support students with a variety of complex learning needs, including autism, cognitive developmental delays, medical conditions, physical impairments, and severe learning difficulties. You will work closely with individual students or small groups, helping them access the curriculum and work towards their Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes. Through tailored strategies, you will promote independence, inclusion, and personal development, empowering learners to reach their full potential in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Package: The term time salary includes 7 weeks paid annual leave and bank holiday entitlement. You will benefit from Christmas closure and auto enrolment into the Peoples Pension matched contribution scheme.
