Primary Education Learning Partner
At Class People, we work closely with primary schools across Gloucestershire to provide reliable, supportive Learning Partners who help children feel confident, secure and ready to learn.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside pupils, offering encouragement, structure and reassurance throughout the school day.
About the Role
Primary Learning Partners play a vital part in the classroom by:
Supporting pupils during lessons, either 1:1 or in small groups
Helping children stay engaged, understand tasks and build independence
Providing additional support for pupils with SEND or emotional needs
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Working closely with teachers and support staff to maintain a calm, inclusive environment
Who This Role Suits
